1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by FluxiPay.net ("FluxiPay", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Merchant", "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our platform or services.

2. Description of Services

FluxiPay operates as an invoicing provider. We provide software and API infrastructure that allows Merchants to generate, dispatch, and manage billing invoices, and allows Buyers to settle those invoices using various integrated third-party payment methods or internal wallet balances.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants utilizing FluxiPay to issue invoices agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and integration.
• Ensure that all products, services, or digital goods billed via FluxiPay comply with local and international laws.
• Be solely responsible for delivering the promised services or goods to the Buyer immediately upon invoice settlement.

4. Terms for Buyers

When paying an invoice generated through FluxiPay, Buyers agree that:

• FluxiPay is an invoicing facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or legality of the goods or services provided by the Merchant.
• Payments made via alternative payment methods or internal wallet balances are final and non-refundable once the invoice is marked as settled.

5. Payments & Payouts

We strive to process transactions and settle merchant balances as quickly as possible:

• Same-Day Payouts: Merchant funds are processed and made available for payout in accordance with our payout schedule, typically on the same day the invoice is settled, subject to fraud prevention checks.
• Internal Wallet: Registered users may maintain an internal balance (wallet) to pay invoices instantly with zero transaction fees.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because FluxiPay facilitates instant service delivery upon invoice payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any request for a refund must be initiated through our support team or directly with the Merchant. FluxiPay reserves the right to charge administrative fees for processed refunds.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use FluxiPay for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, selling prohibited substances, unauthorized copyrighted materials, or engaging in fraudulent schemes. Any account suspected of violating these policies will be suspended immediately without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

FluxiPay provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our invoicing system.

In no event shall FluxiPay, its affiliates, or employees be liable for any lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
